Kongsberg Automotive AS (KA) exercise its call-option to acquire 100% of Chassis Autonomy SBA AB (CA) – a strategic step toward continued growth
CA announces today that KA has exercised its call-option to acquire all shares in the company. The decision is the result of a long-standing and successful collaboration between the parties and marks a natural next step in the company’s development.

KA announced its intentions in its latest quarterly report, where the acquisition was highlighted as part of the company’s long-term growth strategy. Through this acquisition, KA will strengthen its position within steer-by-wire technology for autonomous vehicles levels 3-5, while CA will gain access to additional resources, expertise, and networks.
