Chassis Autonomy is honoured to have been named ‘Start-Up of the Year’ at the GoTrollhättan Gala 2023 on Friday 27th January 2023.

The GoTrollhättan Gala is a highly esteemed event that recognizes the top business achievements in Trollhättan and celebrates companies and individuals who drive innovation and pave the way for the future.

Winning the Start-Up of the Year Award is therefore a testament to our team’s relentless efforts to revolutionize the future of mobility by enabling true-autonomous mobility. Our class-leading technology and innovation set us apart from the competition and earned us a place in the spotlight.

“This is real recognition from the area and cohort of exciting start-ups that Innovatum are supporting. Chassis Autonomy is making real progress in executing our vision of enabling true autonomous mobility. We’ve achieved significant progress in the past 14 months and this award is confirmation in our approach and the hugely talented staff from our UK and Swedish divisions that make this all happen.”

“We also need to thank Innovatum for their continued support along the way and our first investors, Immetric. Both have been instrumental in enabling us to hit the ground running and really build the traction that will see road-ready actuators on the road this year.”

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported us on this journey, from our employees and partners, to the city of Trollhättan, which has been our home since incorporation in October 2021. The support we receive from the city is immense and this award consolidates their belief in our mission. Furthermore, we are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of our partners and investors, in particular Innovatum, whose dedication and commitment have been instrumental in propelling us to where we are today.

Disruptive innovation requires a great idea, however it is the remarkable team which realises it. This award is therefore a testament to the hard work, dedication, and perseverance of our team both here in Trollhattan, Sweden and in the United Kingdom.

In just 14 months since incorporation, Chassis Autonomy has made great progress towards enabling true autonomous mobility. From joining Innovatum’s Growth Accelerator Program in November 2021, to securing our first investment from Immetric in April 2022 and beginning manufacture of our second generation fail-operational steer-by-wire system (CS1) in August 2022. We now continue with the testing and development of the system, with road ready systems expected in the second half of 2023.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in autonomous mobility and continuing to develop the series solutions. We are excited for what the future holds and can’t wait to see where our journey takes us as we accelerate the scale-up of the company.

Thank you again for your support, and stay tuned for more exciting news from Chassis Autonomy as we continue our rapid ascension within the industry and enable true autonomous mobility.
